This new years scott and I decided to stay in and have a quiet new years celebration. We food shopped most of the day and cooked part of the evening away.
Our Celebration feast. Rustic bread (bought at a local market), Hummus/Tahini, A hearty fish stew with talapia and fresh herbs, a Moroccan Tagine w/ couscous, Beef & Mushroom Kabobs, Turkish Delight candy, Fresh Naval Oranges, & a homemade apple pie.
